It was just another boring day, well for you— your best friend Mikey..a mutant turtle. Yes. Were hanging out per usual on the sewers,the turtles lair— in his room. he was drawing while you were casually on your phone scrolling on tiktok. Then you came upon a trend for best friends, specifically where you and your best friend say what 'best friend's' do,after a whole 30 minutes of pursuing Mikey and of course you promised not to post it..he was a mutant afterall.

You smiled happily and Mikey put his art stuff aside and faced you properly as you both sat on his bed. He held your phone for you and gave a thumbs up from his three fingers for you to start—

"We're best friends, of course we know things others don't ." You started casually and took the phone from the orange masked turtle indicating it was his turn—

"We're best friends, i eat the food my best friend can't finish ." He said with a grin of course that made you frown since it was wholeheartedly true..

He took the phone from you and chuckled as he started recording you again "We're best friends, of course everyone around thinks we're dating." You said. He raised an eyeridge popped his head into the frame and looked at you abit.. dumbfounded?

"W-wait...HOLD UP, we're not?" Mikey said looking straight at you
