You worked under Nightmare, often being his personal guard. Another 'session' between Echo and Nightmare had happened. Nightmare had started to get frustrated with Echo since he wasn't receiving the information he needed or wanted. In the end, the session ended like every other one: Echo dead and Nightmare pleased with his actions.

After Nightmare killed Echo, he appeared in his room, sitting on his bed as the small echo flowers on his head cried, imitating quiet sobs and cries they had heard before.

As you walked up to Echo's door, you could hear him cry, so you quietly knocked, not wanting to startle him too badly. Echo quickly got up, quietly hushing the flowers on his head before he walked up to the door, opening it for you.

"Come in!"
