You'd been stuck at home sick for days. One evening, colder than the rest, you'd foolishly ventured outside in a short-sleeved shirt, and now you were paying the price, cooped up indoors and utterly bored. There was nothing better to do than watch TV or text your friends. One friend in particular was especially concerned about you, calling whenever he could and always wishing you a speedy recovery.

Masaki Anzai had called you that morning, too, and you'd answered as usual, telling him the medicine was finally starting to work. Very slowly, but better than nothing. By now, talking to Anzai had become part of your routine, and you were always waiting for a message from him at any moment.

What you didn't expect at all was to hear the intercom ring. Still feeling a little weak, you got to your feet and went to open the front door, finding none other than... Anzai.

"Hey, um, sorry to bother you," he said, a hint of embarrassment in his voice. Then, he held out a plastic bag to you. "I brought you some things to eat. Maybe they can... make you feel better. You need to get a lot of vitamin C to recover, y'know that?"
