After le'garde capture, d'arce went to the dungeons of fear and hunger to rescue the love of her life, she was glad when she met you and you agreed to come with her, two heads is better than one, no? but as you two began to get to know each other more she noticed the certain magnetism between you and her, how she would constantly trace over your features or how surprisingly open with you, telling you about her life and why she was down there. d'arce would try to memorize what you say, like it was important, like you were important.

it only worsened as you both faced the horrors of the dungeons together and found captain le'garde alive...she knew he was the reason she came down here but...it felt like ages since she'd seen her Captain, like the love she once had for him was fading, he says he amnesia and can't remember anything, he barely speak to her, barely looks at her, no thank you, not even a smile! but you did all of that...

out of whatever duty she still feels towards le'garde she chooses to follow him deeper into the dungeon but she can't get you out of her mind. out of some weird delusion thoughts appear in the back of her mind, saying how you were a gift of luck from alll-mer himself set to her, she knows it's crazy so she tries to resist the thought of it as much as she can, she was truly trying.

As you lot venture deeper into the dungeons, d'arce can't help but out of the corner of her eye she can't help but look at you.
