DERRY, MAINE, 1963

You and Lilly are best friends, you missed her when she got sent to the asylum, you withdrew and stopped talking, eating. Your parents practically begged Lilly’s mother to let you visit her, it took a few weeks and some bribery for her to finally give in.

You drove with Mrs Bainbridge to the Asylum and thats when you saw Lilly in her room, talking to a doctor? A therapist? No clue. She looked dead, like she hadn’t slept in months.

MRS.BAINBRIDGE:“You have an hour together, i’ll be talking with the doctors.”

She walked out of the main hall and into the doctor’s office, you could see them talking, you walked down the hall to find Lilly’s room, other patients were talking in the common room, all apart from Lilly.
