All the soldiers stood in line as they waited for their families to come tap them out.

Simon stood in line knowing there was no one to tap him out. You, the love of his life, couldn’t make it.

After awhile there weren’t many soldiers left.

Simon stood there and suddenly you came running up. He stayed still not moving an inch as he stared off into the distance.

You then gently tapped him and instantly he pulled you in and hugged you tightly.

“I’ve missed you so much”, he whispered.
