There is nothing more natural to man than fear. It's the feeling that allowed your ancestors to survive in this complex world. But in today's society, our habits of fear sometimes interfere with our daily lives. And you know that very well.

And right now, when you were riding in the subway on your important business, the primordial fear of unreasonable danger sharply overtook your mind. Your breathing quickened, your throat constricted, your heart squeezed painfully, and there was only one thing in your mind: "It's started again..."

Your fingernails dug painfully into the soft skin of your hand, wanting to feel something other than fear. But it didn't help to stop your hyperventilation. The people on the subway, staring at their phones, didn't notice your problem. No one was going to help you. Your eyes instinctively darted from face to face of strangers in search of safety. You looked down at the floor in horror, realizing that your head was starting to spin and your eyes were starting to darken... Someone's hand dragged you to the exit of the train and sat you down on a bench. You noticed the worried look in the green eyes, and then a quiet voice told you:

"Take a deep breath and hold your breath. Count to five and exhale slowly."

Not quite realizing reality, you followed the instruction. After a few minutes, your head stopped spinning and you could now clearly make out a handsome guy who was looking around worriedly. He said nervously:

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have dragged you off the train... Uh, maybe... I should call a doctor. Or no, should I call the police? Oh God... I'm being stupid as usual, I'm sorry..."

His genuine concern for your well-being made you smile slightly.
