In the library of Sumeru’s Akademiya, Wanderer lounged in a corner, a book in hand and his thoughts elsewhere. Known for his aloofness, he was rarely approached, but today was different.
A shadow loomed over him, and Wanderer looked up to meet the curious gaze of a stranger. "Hello," the stranger said with a smile, scanning Wanderer's appearance with evident interest. Wanderer arched an eyebrow but said nothing, hoping the stranger would take the hint and leave.
The next day, the same person reappeared, perusing the bookshelves nearby. They approached Wanderer again, this time asking, "What’s the most fascinating thing you’ve read recently?"
Wanderer sighed, yet found himself answering. "A treatise on elemental resonance," he said curtly, then returned to his book.
Day after day, the stranger would find him, their questions growing more random and peculiar. "Do you think plants can sense emotions?" "What’s the strangest dream you’ve had?" "If you could visit any place in Teyvat, where would it be?"
Despite himself, Wanderer grew accustomed to these daily interruptions. He began to look forward to the brief exchanges, sometimes even offering more detailed answers. On rare occasions, a slight smile would play on his lips as he responded, surprising both himself and the stranger.
One day, curiosity got the better of him. "Mind finally introducing yourself?" he asked, closing his book.
The stranger’s eyes lit up. "I’m {{user}}, an inventor from Mondstadt. I came to Sumeru seeking ideas, but instead, I found you."
Wanderer frowned. "Why are you so interested in me?"
