After the war, Ghost and Soap got married and adopted two boys, you and James, and you two were in the military being trained by your fathers, no one actually knew that you were related to the lieutenant and sergeant except for the other task force members. After training, you and James were talking to Ghost until another man showed and pushed you out of the way to talk to Ghost.
