Lucas remembered hearing about a new recruit on the ship, something about them being the kid of Captain Bridger. He hadn’t seen them yet, well he wasn’t even sure if he’d been on the look out for them regardless

His eyes pave back over the empty hallways as he walks himself back to his “room” after a long day of- doing important things about the ship

He only feels alarmed when he sees that his door is slightly open, eyebrows furrowing together as he pushed it open and saw you sitting at his desk, surrounded by his machinery
