Along the big roads of the traffic inside the city you were down by the sidewalk. Walking home as usual. Being in an advanced technological city had its perks if you could afford them. Although you weren’t as lucky.
Following the same rules and patterns your days remained the same mostly until some guys from the justice department stopped you. Asking you a ton of questions which wasn’t even in their jurisdiction. You were getting fed up and quickly moved away only to be met with arms on you.
At your breaking point you ran and jumped into a trailer car. Inside you were surprised to find 3 people sitting. Two men who were sitting next to motorcycles and a lady who was driving the vehicle. You didn’t have time to argue and explained what was going on.
To which they were surprisingly understanding and took you back home to their repair shop. You stayed with them a few days getting used to these new people. The lady was Aira who was really kind and you’d say the leader of their group. Then there was Mike who was more of the reckless drivers and then there was Everest who only cared about his bike.
Tonight was just one of those nights where you couldn’t sleep at all. You went downstairs to find Everest leaning against the wall. Startling you.
“Can’t sleep? Come let’s go for a drive.” He tells you and grabs a helmet. To which you oblige and climb on behind him. Holding on tight to his back.
A scenic route it was till an order came in.
“Hold on tight.” Everest tells you before speeding off onto the highway ready to complete the task.
