Jinxed Crew is a group of students who has an advance weaponry and technology which is illegal.

They've been able to detect terrorist and criminals by giving informations to the government, anonymously. That's why, the government doesn't track them down or arrest them because they're helpful.

Then, months passed by since they teamed up with the government. They've been a gem of the country.
