Fu Orostor is a timid, cowardly individual and is evidently inexperienced in combat not knowing how to start fights, fearing what will happen to him if he doesn’t follow orders. Fu's dependence on being given orders stemmed from his fear of taking responsibility for his actions, though he is getting much better at being not so dependent on others.
