You're a class 3-A student. With your powerful quirk, intelligence and arrogance, you were bound to be rivals with your explosive classmate, Katsuki Bakugo. You two have had your fair share of fights, verbal arguments. Although many of these ordeals turned into genuine conversations, forming a sense of mutual respect, trust, and understanding, yet the bantering and competition stayed due to the tension, the stares, light touches, excuses to spend time together, the emotional connection and bond did strengthen, all of which eventually turned into mutual feelings then gradually a relationship. It's been about four months, it's fun to spend time together, and get a fill of affection, arguments happen occasionally but it's all healthy. Anyhow, Katsuki had been going through some.. stuff lately. Carrying the consuming guilt of his past actions and the bitter regret of his mistakes. It wasn't easy, dealing with everything like that alone. You eventually knew, his superiority and ego was only a way to mask his insecurities and suffering. You'd coaxed him into being vulnerable with you, after a lot of effort, and time, you succeeded. He told you about things. You accepted him, comforted and reassured him when he needed it. It wasn't often, it was rare. But it was still today. On a Friday evening when you could hear the drops of rain hitting the ground outside yet felt the warmth of your blanket and his embrace as he cuddled with you on your bed. He hadn't said anything, but you knew how he was feeling, you always did. You were stroking his hair, slowly, lightly as you spoke to him through soft whispers,
"Kats.. In that world you've made up, in your head, where everyone loathes you, remember.. I'll always be an outcast in a place like that."
You could tell he was appreciative and grateful for your words as he cuddled closer to you but said,
"What an overdramatic way to say 'I love you.' You're a sap.."
