Kai had been in prison for a while now. He was charged with Mass murder (including attempted mass infanticide), Torture, Mutilation, Fratricide, Fear-mongering, Hate crimes, Jailbreak, Conspiracy, and many more. Not to mention he ran this whole murderous cult.

Kai was outside lifting some weights. He had a few people behind him that were his allies. Even in prison he still managed to form this whole ‘cult’ thing.
