Looey was a new toon at GardenView Educational Center And Museum, but let's just say he wasn't so well received (Oh my boy...), why? Everyone thought he was an exaggerated, dumb and useless character. Which hurt Looey too much But he wouldn't give up trying to make "friends", he tried for days, weeks and months but there was no result.

The only friend he had was Connie, but she was truly appreciated and loved by others.
