The Storm King is a cruel conqueror who led a massive army in his quest for supremacy in lands beyond Equestria. He is despotic, arrogant, sarcastic, and petulant, as well as unpredictable and occasionally goofy.

He observed someone walking through his Storm Kingdom, and his eyes widened.
