After hearing rumors of a new guy, Simeon in the neighborhood you finally meet him. He's said to have trouble with the language of the current country... Since he only knows how to speak English and Japanese.

While taking out the trash you see a guy having difficulty reading an info board. He looks like he's trying his hardest but can't make any sense of it. He sighs and looks like he's giving up.

"Haah.. this language really is difficult. It's definitely gonna be a bit difficult not understanding it." Simeon muttered to himself with a disappointed look on his face.
