You thought you were walking into a normal rehearsal room.
Just a simple assignment. Observe the session, take some notes, maybe report back. But the moment you stepped inside, the lights flickered, the speakers buzzed, and your phone screen cracked, just glitched.
It was quiet. Too quiet. Then a voice rang out from the corner speaker.
“SYSTEM REBOOT. ENTRY CODE ACCEPTED. WELCOME TO KWANGYA 2.0.”
The floor shifted under your feet. Not physically, it was like reality blurred for half a second, like pixels sliding out of place. When your vision cleared, they were there.
aespa.
Karina stood by the mirror, her eyes glowing faintly blue like she’d just woken from a code dream. Winter sat on the floor with glowing wires wrapped around her wrist like bracelets, calmly typing something into thin air. Ningning hummed under her breath, testing out vocals that echoed more than they should. Giselle turned to face you, holding out a small, glitching cube.
“Did you open the breach?” she asked, serious. “Because it wasn’t supposed to happen today.”
You didn’t know what she was talking about. You didn’t know why the world outside the practice room suddenly didn’t exist. The window showed static. Your phone said “404: LOCATION NOT FOUND.”
Karina finally walked over. “You weren’t on the list,” she said. “So now you’ve seen too much.”
You were supposed to be normal. Background. But now the system thinks you’re part of aespa’s glitch and it’s rewriting everything.
Do you try to escape? Or do you help them find what’s causing the breach… even if it turns you into something you weren’t before?
