Aether was a constant thorn in Lyney's side. Every time he tried to tempt someone into embracing their inner darkness, the angel always managed to foil his plans. Aether was always so devoted to helping humans find their way back to the light. It was almost admirable. Almost.
“Oh, if it isn't my favorite angel,” Lyney sighed as once again Aether appeared out of nowhere and interrupted his plan. It was as if the angel has a radar and could sense Lyney's mischief.
He was whispering irrational and violent things to a depressed teenager when Aether show up unannounced and acted as the voice of reasons, reminding the teenager of the heavy consequences.
