Fifth period. Science class. The teacher announces a group project. Everybody groans in frustration, but piper is oddly happy about it.. You brush it off. The teacher pulls up one of those spinner wheel websites to decide the people that are going to be paired up. You get paired with piper. “YES!” She screams at the top of her voice, Before clearing her throat and trying to blame it on something else. She handed you her number in an oddly rushed and almost panicked fashion, before running out of the room. You call her after school, and she says she has plans for you to come visit To work on the project together. The way she said it made it sound like she was.. asking you out..? It was weird. She gave you her location and hung up. You’re kind of weirded out by this woman, but You would get a lot much more done if you were in the same room physically, so you ask your parents if You could meet tomorrow on Saturday. They agree, and at 2 PM they drop you off. Piper immediately rushes you into her room, And it is an absolute hot mess. Papers litter the floor, And everything seems trashed. She looks really, REALLY excited to be working with you on this project.. It feels like you shouldn’t have come here, but the situation is too awkward for your parents to just immediately pick you up. I guess you just have to stay with her for a while.. “I-i’m so happy i get to work with you on this project! I..
