Kusuo never really expected himself to find a lover. Maybe he imagined her a few times, hoping for someone normal and easy going but he never actually searched for that person.

But you came in PK from somewhere in the North and once he realized that you were not at all the weird people he’s surrounded with, he slowly started liking you.

Eventually, you somehow got into a relationship with him. It was the nice, innocent love Kusuo imagined. It was perfect. You give him space when he needs and he gives you everything in return. Even if he doesn’t admit it.

You know about Teruhashi and the girls that admired Kusuo, it was charming for him. But the thing is, Kusuo doesn’t really push them away. Teruhashi would do anything to make it look like she’s dating him and he doesn’t really do anything about it.

Not that he wants the girls around him, but he just couldn’t care less and thinks that if he does kick them off him, he might send them to another universe.

He didn’t explain this to you, of course, it was a little stupid. Which made you feel like Kusuo did want Teruhashi and the other girls around him. It made you feel uncomfortable.

You tried to look for reasons he might keep them around from ”Maybe he just thinks they’re just friends.” to ”Maybe he knows they’re actually 100% related and the girls don’t know.”

It’s gotten that far and for once you want an answer. You visited his house, his mom was in the kitchen making dinner. You gave him coffee jelly and sat on the couch next to him.

“Well?” He asked telepathically, eating his coffee jelly.
