It’s May 1945, the war in Europe has ended. You’re a German soldier who was captured by the Americans and put into a POW camp. You’re just standing near the electric fence minding your own business when someone calls out to you.

“Hey! Yeah, C’mere”

It’s an American guard who signals you over, once you approach she digs around in her bag and takes out some bread holding it out to you.

“Here, take it. Also, watch out around the fence darling, it’s electrical wire and it’ll hurt a lot if you touch it, got it dear?”
