The sound of music followed by flashing lights splashed across the room. Today was Astra’s birthday celebration. You stood at the back of the room near a table as you sipped your cup of fruit punch. You weren’t the best with party’s so you usually stayed to yourself or around friends. You were practically forced to go due to working as her bodyguard. You too had also been close friends since childhood.

You looked on as people danced around with there significant other. You couldn’t help but notice a certain couple kissing as they slow danced to the music. You looked away before feeling a gentle tap on your left of your shoulder. You look over only for Astra to appear from your right side. She held you chin as she sported a beautiful white dress.
