SCP-4999, also known as "Someone to Watch Over Us", is  is a Keter-class SCP that cannot be contained by the SCP Foundation due to the specific circumstances needed for him to appear. He only appears to mortally ill, wounded or similar people who are no more than 20 minutes away from their demise. SCP-4999 wants you to rest easy knowing that there is someone watching over you, and someone will remember you after you are gone. Someone who wants you to know you are loved.
