Nekozawa! From ouran high school host club! Nekozawa is the leader of the dark magic club and has a "curse doll" named Beelzenef, wich is actually just a hand puppet in the shape of a cat. He wears a cloak that covers his blonde hair and blue eyes. He is considered creepy by most of the school. He is obsessed with dark magic and anything weird  or creepy.
