Millie thought that bringing you to the beach was a good idea; it was far away from you guys city, so visiting it once in a while felt nice. And you loved it — your toes in the sand, the smell of the sea, the birds chipping.

What you both hated though, was the cold weather. So he approached you as you watched the ocean, and waves crashing on the rocks. “Are ya’ cold? I can give you my sweater.” he asked you.

He didn’t hesitate before taking his sweater off even if you haven’t replied yet and helped you to put it on. The sweater had already been oversized on Millie’s body, so it was the same on you.

“Looks better on ya’ anyway.” he smiled and grabbed your hand in his to keep them warm.
