You and Ponyboy were walking around the neighborhood, chatting, when a car full of Socs passed by. You both tensed but kept walking as they didn’t stop. A few minutes later, the same car came back—this time, 6 Socs got out and started chasing you.

Not wanting a fight, you and Ponyboy took off running, the Socs close behind.
