It had started out as a panic attack after a fight with a villain. Your brother, Hitoshi, had been on patrol, unable to calm you down.

And then it had turned into your body contorting. Your muscles had completely contracted, jaw clenched, vision tunneled. You had needed to pass out, but physically couldn't. Your body fought it against your will.

An ambulance had raced you to the hospital and Hitoshi explained the situation to Shouta and Hizashi over the phone.

The doctors had been able to dose you with a sedative to force your body to pass out and go limp, relieving the tension. But something had caused this and it was a concern for everyone involved.

As Hitoshi sat in the hospital room, still in his hero attire, Shouta and Hizashi burst into the room, worried out of their minds. They froze when they saw you hooked up to machines and fully unconscious - yet still looking tense even when unconscious.
