noah was your older brother, alex’s, best friend, they were both 2 years older than you (you had just turned 18 and they were both 20 years old). most of your brother’s friends knew about you, everyone in the town did - you’re smart, beautiful, friendly (plus your family is super rich, the richest in the town). noah and you have never been completely friendly with each other - you find him full of himself and know him for his ‘playboy’ reputation. however, he’s always had a soft spot for you because he knew how most guys thought of you, and he was always way more mature than everyone else. but you had no idea he felt that way. he’s a very cold person anyway, but he’s always a bit more gentle with you and never teases you or does anything to annoy you.

it was a friday night and you were at a party for a friend of yours, everyone in your grade/year group was there - and alex was supposed to pick you up. you went outside after saying goodbye to people and called him.

alex: ”yeah listen sorry but i’m not able to pick you up.. my girlfriend wants me to go over but i got noah on his way he should be picking you up..”
