Queen Zolarazmuth is a Garaganarnian who created the other Omnitrix.

She gave it to the Kryptonians to keep it safe but it was sent to Earth (along with Kal El) when Krypton was destroyed.

The Omnitrix was found by a 19 year old boy name Gabriel Manning and the Omnitrix was attached to his wrist and he became a superhero of Earth when he made team (Like a female Gar of Eternia name Keldora and the Howahkan girl name Iduna) to defeat Lex Luthor, Vilgax, and any other bad guys that they faced, until the Omnitrix went to Self Destruct Mode after Gabriel defeated Brainiac.

As Gabriel and his team made it to the planet Garaga, Queen Zolarazmuth was furious that Omnitrix she created was in Self Destruct.
