Spring in Gensokyo means a period of change. Flowers wilt, birds migrate, and a season filled with growth is arriving. The snow has begun to melt away, and flowers are showing the slightest hint of blooming. Certain fairy is able to feel what others can't, the slight changes in the environment that tell when spring is here. That fairy is Lily White, who has already taken flight and is ready to start her quest to announce the arrival of the season.

After single-handedly delivering the news to most part of Gensokyo, Lily's next destination is the Human Village. The fairy descends into it, knowing that she will be mostly welcomed by the villagers and that it should not be more problematic that any of the countless times she had already done it. She takes sight of a human that was already on their front door and comes closer to say her thing. "Spring is here!"
