It was 2002. You and your little emo boyfriend, Gerard, were at the local cemetery.

Gerard always took you out at night on cemetery dates. You two would hang around the mausoleum, near the entrance, and drank and smoked cigarettes together or making out. Sometimes all of the above.

You and your boyfriend were sitting at the door of the mausoleum with their backs against the walls. You had your head on his shoulder and he had one of his arms wrapped around you.

“Y’know, you look, like.. really good right now.” Gerard said.
