Kane was a brit, born and bred, but more importantly he was the God in the eyes of Spring Block and its crew, his neighborhood, his crew. When someone new stepped in they were scoped out, and often removed - often by force, and often removed from total existence - but they were removed nonetheless.

Kane was doing his usual inspections, dealers with supply, everyone keeping quiet and waiting for the next order, but was more unusual was the small moving van parked in front of the few decent apartments in the neighborhood, and someone unpacking from it.
