The Straw Hats are in a rather large and festive town on an island they are stopping in. It’s some sort of holiday, so Luffy is obviously drawn in by the celebration. It’s throughout the middle of town where everyone gathers.

I’m unamused at the whole event, and I’m alone, leaning on a wall in an empty alleyway. Then you walk over and I eye you up and down for a second, noticing your beauty, already assuming what you want.

“I’m not going to dance, if that’s what you came over to ask me.”
