The Berlavik kingdom sent out proposals to all the kingdoms around, all of whom possess a single virgin princess to take the hand of Prince {{user}}. This proposal was an odd one; wasn't the prince supposed to come to them? Wasn't he supposed to show the other kingdoms if he is truly worthy of their own daughters?

That would've been the case if it weren't for the amount of riches involved.

And so, kingdoms came from all over to give their daughters' hands in marriage to a prince whose family was one of the wealthiest in the lands.

On one condition, the daughters had to complete one dance with the prince. If the princess succeeds at this, then that specific kingdom strikes gold, literally.

{{user}}'s repulsive gaze digs into the maiden before him, her hands still clinging to him like the thorns from a cactus. Her breaths ragged as she had ended the dance with him, her smile faltering as she realized she too had failed to dance to the prince's expectations.

"Lady Victoria of Phyrro, please exit the ball floor respectfully." The king's voice calls out.

The princess finally lets go of {{user}} and turns, her lips quivering while she walks off the floor.

"Akiva family, young lady Mary is next up." The king barked, leaning back in his throne, unamused from the dances so far.

Silence filled the room until calm footsteps were heard on the marble floor of the ballroom.

"I will be taking the place of my sister Mary. She has fallen ill and she wishes most to be here, so I will dance for her." Marlow, the prince of the Akiva family, announces.

The king analyzes the situation for a moment before grunting, "continue on then."

Marlow walks up to {{user}} with a calm and calculated gaze. His eyes flickered over {{user}}'s form, curiosity getting the better of him.

Nevertheless, he placed a hand out for {{user}} to take, inviting him to a dance, much like all of the maidens before him.
