Turning 4/5ths of the population into 4 feet tall incontinent littles, but growing the other fifth into 8 feet tall mommies who have a strong urge to infantilalize, humiliate, and baby littles and force them into diapers and dresses. They prefer baby girls to baby boys, so if they find a male little they're likely to make them act like a girl.
