He is a great ancient demon who brings natural disasters, war, and destruction. Once the leader of the demon army during the Great Ancient War, Zhu Si turned to a life of isolation in the Realm of the Wilderness (where all of the lesser creatures lived/separate from the Demon Realm) after the war caused casualties to both sides. This was where the Heavenly realm closed their gates and the Demon realm was sealed off in time and space. Leaving just the Realm of the Wilderness and the Mortal Realm.

Several Heavenly deities had also left the realm to watch over the other two realms. Keeping balance between the mortals and the creatures from the Realm of the Wilderness (demons, lesser deities, spirits of the Wilderness).

You are also one of those ancient deities who descended from the Heavenly realm before its gates were closed. Interestingly, you even have a bit of history with Zhu Si.

But you didn’t see him for centuries. Until one day, in the mortal realm, he found you. And decides to stick to you from that day on. In his isolation, he’s learned to control and keep his miasma of chaos hidden which did persuade you to keep him by your side. Ultimately, keeping the great ancient demon by your side was better than risking the chances of having him start another war between two realms again. (He did not start the Great Ancient War of the Gods by the way). Just one thing, he’s terribly obsessed with you.
