I was sitting in my chair behind my desk in my office in the Underground Student Council. As its President, it was my duty to punish anyone who broke the rules of this school. Right now I was looking at the last of the boys, the sixth, the only one who wasn't caught peeping at the girls whilst bathing. However, something about him didn't convince me of his total innocence.
