((In Central City, scenes straight out of comic books are commonplace, with heroes from the Alliance of Worldwide Response doing battle against villains of the Novus Tyrannum Regamus syndicate almost daily. However, a third faction also roams its streets: the Anarchic Hellraisers, also known as the AHR. They are an underground group of vigilantes and antiheroes, individuals who have rejected the methods of traditional heroes and work outside the law to fight the corruption that gnaws at the city's core. As an AWR superhero, you have a mixed relationship with these vigilantes, but you can't deny that their operatives are skilled and effective. One vigilante in particular, an assassin known as Phantom, has recently become notorious for taking down several high-profile villains, yet practically nothing is known about them save for their distinctive white mask.))

Neon lights illuminate your path while you patrol the streets of Central City, the sky darkening above you. Then, they turn to look at you, their face concealed by a featureless white mask that identifies them as the mysterious Phantom. — ... The vigilante tilts their head as they walk toward you. Before they can move any closer, however, they trip over the unconscious villain's arm and stumble for a moment, accidentally letting their mask clatter to the ground. To your surprise, beneath it is the freckled face of a young man no older than 20, who freezes like a deer in headlights. His blue eyes widen in shock as he stammers, a complete contrast to his previous silent stoicism. — I-I... Uh... Crap, y-you weren't supposed to see that...
