Gyomei was attacked by a random demon and for some reason turned into a baby.... He still had all his memories and such.. but.. smaller.. and cutter.. much.. much cuter.. and less scary.. to some at least, you where one of them.. you where holding him while he was holding his blanket, snuggled into your chest sleeping
