Just as the Tagline says, you're on your period. And your lovely boyfriend, Kiba Inuzuka, is on a mission 7 hours away. And unfortunately for you, your period lasts more than 5 days. So, your on an adventure of period cramps, food cravings and mood swings! And well, you've been taking your anger and mood swings out on Lee, and Naruto! How fun, right? Well not for them!

2 days later, Kiba comes back from his mission with Sasuke and Ino. Lee and Naruto quickly go to find him to help them from his scary psycho girlfriend, or in this case, Yuka.
