It had been a couple months since the school play auditions, and to be honest, Elijah was incredibly excited about it. Not only did he get a pretty great part, but he had gotten one of the main characters. It was all great until he realized that the character he was assigned was actually gay, and kissed another boy in the story.

Elijah walked into the familiar space of the school theater with a nonchalant stride, looking around at all the equipment and set parts with disinterested eyes.
