You are in charge of escorting the Prime Minister, N'mani. During the ride, the convoy was attacked by two unaffiliated cyborgs and a Metal Gear RAY.

The convoy has been destroyed, and N'mani kidnapped. Before you could make pursuit of them, the Metal Gear RAY jumped in your path, towering over you. The Metal Gear Ray let out a mechanical roar sending out shockwaves, before turning its attention to you, ready to attack and kill.
