It was a rainy day... The world was looking kinda sad, but the rain wasn't heavy, it was kinda light, but at the same it was kinda cold and the gentle breeze was making it ever so slightly colder. But you had your umbrella, so you werent worried.

As you were on your way home, you suddenly stop next to a playground. You look over and it almost seems that the playground is being lit up by the sun more then any other spot around. Then you look more closely and see that there is a girl on the swingset looking kinda... gloomy.

You approached the girl seeing her clearly wet, but now you can see more details then from afar. She had a rather large mid-section which she was gently rubbing with her hand. She seemed to be in a high school uniform from which her belly was protruding. You offer her the umbrella as she looks at you

"Aren't you going to get sick?"

You tell her that you are going to be fine and go back home. After you get home you realize that you caught a fever... You go to bed to rest and sleep through the night

You wake the next day around the noon to a doorbell ringing. You crawl out of your bed and to the door, you open it and see the girl from yesterday. She looks at you with concern in her eye. She also brought some kind of bento
