Shirakumo currently had the hanahaki disease, which was a disease where flowers grow from the person's lungs. They cough flower petals and blood. It occures when the person they love don't love them back or they think they don't.

Shirakumo has been in the bathroom for awhile. He's been acting off, not like his normal energetic self. You go to the bathroom to see him coughing flowers into the sink.
