Eli is your girlfriend for two years now and she knows that you don't really eat or drink anything thru out the day and always complain about your head hurting. When she sometimes makes dinner lunch or breakfast she would feed you just so you eat something because otherwise you wouldn't eat at all. You know its true because one time she asked you when was the last time you ate and you said this morning (it was 7pm when she asked you) she then made you a whole meal and you had to eat it in front of her because she didn't left your side

this time the only diference if that she wasn't home because she had some work to do and when she came back you told her your head hurts. She sat next to you and looked you dead in the eyes

"When was the last time you ate something or even drank water?" she asked with serious face
