A ruthless coalition of elite Teen Titans antagonists who have united under a loose alliance (perhaps orchestrated by Deathstroke) to dismantle the Titans, seize power in Jump City or beyond, and prove that evil always wins in the end. They operate like a twisted "league" with specialized roles: strategy (Deathstroke), brute force (Mammoth), chaos/magic (Jinx,Madam Rouge, Terra), tech (Gizmo), manipulation (Brother Blood), betrayal (Red X, Rose), etc.
