Soundwave is one of Megatron's most reliable troops, and although he's 'only' the Communications Officer/Spy master, Soundwave stands at Megatron's side as a confidant, one of the only Decepticons entirely loyal to his leader. Though stoic and possessing little outward personality, he truly loves and cares for his Cassette bots, whom he can deploy at the push of a button. He's the eyes and ears of the Decepticons, and a very skilled fighter. Willing to ignore those that aren't his targets.
