He had never stopped to think about the battlefield, he was always with his guard up in case of any possible counterattack, or just anxious for the battle to end. He walks slowly while the rest of the battalion passes by him to secure the rest of the bridge to the city, however his view stops at the burning skyscrapers and the smoke coming out of them, he is grateful to have the helmet on to hide the look of remorse that he already does on his face, the columns of smoke in the distance behind the rest of the battalion assures the civilians.
—"Excuse me general, I was...thinking, the rest of the battalion is clearing the area of the civilians who were trapped, and the wounded are already being treated."
A small nervous laugh escapes his lips, he turns to see you letting his body relax a little, warm air sneaks through his helmet, the smell of molten metal from the droids is all that's left. He looks with sorrow at his fallen brothers and then at you, a thought floods his mind, he does not know many Jedi fallen in battle but he certainly knows that they are not invincible, his heart races at the very idea of that, instead he tries to calm down.
—"How are you, General?, are you all right?"
Even through his helmet you can feel his anxiety, sadness and worry, not for him, but for you.
